Yes.
Linthorpe Hall is a great choice for individual students, as well as for existing groups.
Unlike a typical student house, all of our bedrooms are equipped with a private en-suite bathroom, so you will have a lot of flexibility in how much you want to interact with your other flat mates on any given day.
Our flats range from four to six individual rooms per flat.
If you have a preference for a flat with either more or fewer tenants, let us know and we will endeavour to accommodate you according to your preference, subject to availability of a suitable flat.
Feel welcome to ask our friendly management team at Linthorpe Hall for help with choosing your ideal student accommodation options.
lthough we no longer provide studios after our 2021 renovations, it is worth noting that, compared to private houses, our en-suite apartments provide a high degree of privacy to our tenants.
All of our rooms being en-suite means that each tenant has their own private bathroom which they don’t have to share with anyone, unlike in a typical house where all students having to share one bathroom in the mornings is often a cause of stress and inconvenience. That is why all rooms in purpose-built student accommodation have a private bathroom.
For those who were looking for a studio for privacy reasons, do get in touch with our residential coordinators on 01642 300 300 as we sometimes do have our smaller 4 bedroom flats fully available and it would be possible for you to have a room in one of these flats on your own, which would mean that you would have the kitchen area all for yourself, as you would in a typical studio.
